What is Art Meditation?


 Science has found participatory arts manifests many mental, emotional, and physical attributes. Creative therapies, positive psychology, CBT, ACT, color theory, and other practices, are also found to be effective in manifesting emotional wellbeing. As a result of these research findings, we have created the process called Art Meditation. Our process uses meditation, music, color,
creativity, and positive psychology to induce inner peace.


Vivid Art Meditation utilizes two evidence-based behavioral health tracks for the treatment of Stress and for the treatment of Depression. These programs are facilitated by a Doctorate of Behavioral Health consultant, certified color therapist, and holistic life coach, and follow our emotion management workbooks.
